A revolutionized revamp was required for the SK-II brand site which exists across 12 countries and forms the hub of the brand’s online ecosystem. The following design was put forward to SK-II. The user interface was redesigned to enable a new user to engage with the brand online in a seamless manner that inspires and guides the customer to make a purchase decision. The website operation system was simplified by moving it to a CMS platform while also transforming the user experience to be visually inspiring and showcasing the prestige of the SK-II. The new design also incorporates intuitive navigation, relevant content integration and prompts to explore deeper, as well as, guided selling tools to aid purchase decision.
